Having experienced both ends of the spectrum from corporate IT to small software consultancies we have always been advocates for change. We aspired to start a company with a passion for innovation, technology and ethical standards, including doing the right thing by people.

This included rebelling against the ageing practices found in more traditional companies. We strongly believe that someone who enjoys the work they are doing will deliver a higher quality product.
